Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-3 years of recruiting experience including internship and campus engagement
  • Previous campus recruiting or internship program experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Flexibility with hours including ability to work evenings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Strong administrative and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter with project management skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced multi-location environment
  • Experience in event planning
  • Adaptability to new technology

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of recruiting experience including internship and campus engagement
  • Previous experience with campus recruiting, internship programs, or college outreach preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and manage deadlines
  • Ability to quickly understand recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Experience with event planning and coordination
  • Adaptable in learning new technology and platforms

Job Duties

  • Assist with planning and executing firm events and activities at universities including career fairs, interview scheduling, and information sessions
  • Support full-cycle campus recruiting for internship and entry-level staff roles including application review, TA video interview review, and business interview scheduling
  • Ensure completion of pre-onboarding tasks and candidates feel supported through their start date
  • Help plan and coordinate various internship programs within the firm highlighting the LifeatCohen culture
  • Utilize ATS and other systems to capture and track recruiting activities and generate reports on program effectiveness
  • Foster teamwork within the Talent Acquisition team supporting other areas as needed and collaborating with campus liaisons and recruiting partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned
