Beyond direct hiring responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is integral in organizing and executing school visits and hiring events such as career fairs and the annual DSST Virtual Teacher Panel. They work collaboratively with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the employer brand and drive inclusive recruitment strategies, ensuring DSST attracts educators who understand and celebrate the diverse identities of their students. Additionally, this role involves data management, tracking recruitment pipeline effectiveness, and optimizing messaging and job postings for greater outreach.
