Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- capable of multitasking and managing multiple orders under pressure
- good listening and communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet and assist guests with walk-in and phone take-out orders
- partner with third-party delivery services to manage delivery orders
- facilitate accurate and timely online order processing
- collect payment and provide accurate quotes for order preparation times
- prepare orders meticulously for guest pickup
- monitor curbside areas for guests picking up orders
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and packaging requirements
