The Restaurant Assistant Manager role at this Hastings location plays a critical leadership position within the restaurant operations team, assisting the Restaurant Manager in running the daily operations of the store. Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team members
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
  • assign shift duties and follow up for completion
  • ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
  • cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • guarantee product quality, food safety, and operational standards
  • monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
  • complete end of shift and end of day paperwork
  • perform inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in absence of Restaurant Manager
  • ensure a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
  • complete incident reports following company policy
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
  • embody company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win
