Job Requirements
- Desire to gain real-world business knowledge, learning to grow your career as a General Manager or more
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role with quick service restaurants
- Open availability for varied shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and restaurant operations
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to lead and motivate a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within quick service restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Basic cash handling and financial transaction skills

Job Duties
