Job Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • obtain a food handler’s certificate according to state or local requirements
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • must have reliable transportation
  • maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene standards
  • ability to work flexible hours, arrive on time, and be dependable
  • 2 years quick service and fast-food restaurant experience
  • 2 years food management experience preferred
  • 2 years drive-thru experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive excellent customer service and maintain company standards
  • ensure crew members and shift supervisors complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables continually and take corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets
  • oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring proper food safety precautions
  • manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
  • engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • build an effective team through training, development, and performance feedback
  • ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation, including receiving shipments and proper storage of ingredients
  • oversee periodic health, safety, and security audits and initiate corrective action
  • ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to Taco Bell standards
  • follow proper opening and closing procedures
  • maintain guest and employee safety
