Job Description
Cotti Foods Group, a proud franchisee of Taco Bell Corp, is part of the globally recognized Taco Bell brand, known for serving up bold and distinctive Mexican-inspired flavors. Taco Bell has established itself as a key player in the fast food industry by delivering affordable, creative, and craveable food items to customers across the United States and beyond. As a franchise operator, Cotti Foods Group shares the same mission of providing exceptional service and quality food while fostering a positive work environment where employees can grow professionally and personally. Although franchisees are independent business owners who determine their own wage and benefits structures, Cotti Foods Group is committed to supporting their team members and helping them build a fulfilling career at Taco Bell.
The role of a Taco Bell Crew Member at Cotti Foods Group is vital to delivering the outstanding customer experience the brand is known for. Crew Members are the first point of contact for customers, whether they’re arriving in person or placing orders through the drive-thru. This role involves a combination of customer service and food preparation responsibilities, requiring individuals to be adaptable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Crew Members must engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to hospitality and quality. Beyond greeting and serving guests, Crew Members also prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to established quality and safety standards. Cleanliness and organization are essential aspects of the role, with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks required to maintain the dining and kitchen areas.
Working at a Taco Bell franchise like Cotti Foods Group means being part of a fast-paced environment that values dependability, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Employees are expected to follow proper security, opening, and closing procedures, contribute to guest and employee safety, and comply with rigorous food safety and sanitation guidelines. The franchise offers an excellent entry point into the workforce for those aged 16 and older, providing opportunities to develop customer service skills, time management, and teamwork. While specific wage and benefits packages vary based on the independent franchise’s policies, Taco Bell Crew Members generally receive competitive compensation along with access to tools and resources supporting their success and growth.
This position demands physical stamina, as Crew Members will need to lift moderate weights, stand, walk, and reach for extended periods while maintaining a high energy level. Flexibility in scheduling is important, with shifts that might include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role offers a dynamic experience where individuals can learn quickly, solve problems proactively, and play an important role within their team. Furthermore, working at Taco Bell provides exposure to a nationally recognized brand, making it a valuable stepping stone for anyone interested in careers in hospitality, food service, or customer relations.
