Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of at least two major games offered at Horseshoe (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat)
- Must be 21 years of age or older

- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred (including dual rate experience)
Job Duties
- Perform duties to deal assigned games and provide customer service in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Supervise the Table Games staff within assigned area and ensure integrity of the table games
- Ensure a friendly atmosphere while providing excellent customer service
- Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer
- Inspect card decks prior to play
- Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts
- Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed
- Complete rating cards for players
- Initiate and verify fills to tables
- Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures
- Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate player ratings and customer cash transactions
- Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms
- Serve as Box person on Craps games
- Other duties as assigned
