With a workforce exceeding 8,000 dedicated employees, Swire Coca-Cola distributes over 50 beverage brands and flavors, serving more than 30 million consumers across 13 states. The company prides itself on building a community where teamwork, commitment, and innovation are fundamental values. They emphasize not only physical health but also financial and emotional well-being, with a wide array of benefits designed to support their team members both on and off the job.

Swire Coca-Cola is currently seeking a Syrup Technician, an essential role within the manufacturing process that ensures the quality and consistency of their beverage products. The Syrup Technician is responsible for the accurate batching of syrups according to Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) recipes, managing the receipt and storage of sweeteners and concentrates, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the syrup room and related equipment. The technician also engages in data recording and validation to maintain strict compliance with ISO, GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), FDA, and USDA regulations. The role demands proficiency with recipe management computer systems and the capability to operate powered industrial trucks or forklifts after certification.

Compensation for the Syrup Technician position ranges from $21.58 to $33.20 per hour, with additional opportunities for overtime and a bonus structure depending on performance and role specifics. Swire Coca-Cola offers competitive wages paid bi-weekly and comprehensive health coverage options including medical, dental, and vision plans. Employees benefit from health savings accounts with company matches, a retirement plan, free virtual primary and acute care, physical therapy services, and a free employee assistance program. Safety is prioritized with annual provisions such as free safety shoes for most roles, alongside paid holidays and various forms of paid time off including vacation, sick leave, bereavement, jury duty, and disability leave. The company also supports career growth and community involvement, enabling employees to contribute to causes they care about while expanding their professional skills.

Joining Swire Coca-Cola as a Syrup Technician means becoming part of an esteemed family-owned company with a proud legacy of delivering refreshment and joy daily. The role is critical in maintaining the high standards and consistency of some of the world’s most iconic beverage brands. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience in lab or manufacturing settings, possess strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, and are committed to safety and quality. Swire Coca-Cola fosters an inclusive workforce, ensuring equal employment opportunities without discrimination. The company participates in E-Verify and supports veterans and individuals with disabilities, creating a welcoming environment for all qualified candidates.
