Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a non-gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission and the Indiana Horse Racing Commission
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Responsible for fostering a fun environment
- Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co-workers
- Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community
- Enthusiastically supports and demonstrates superior customer service
- Ensures behavior and appearance comply with established standards
- Must be physically able to perform the job duties including lifting and moving up to 100 pounds
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme cold
- Comfortable working in moderate noise environment
- Access required to general and bar areas of the gaming facility

- Ability to write simple correspondence

- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Job Duties
- Checks and empties all trash left in food service facility
- Mops, sweeps and cleans all concession and bar areas and other assigned areas
- Fills ice bins at each concession and bar area
- Distributes product to all concession and bar areas as instructed
- Receives and stores all deliveries through the wine room and commissary
- Turns on draft beer system daily
- Cleans and performs routine maintenance of all equipment
- Abides by all safety requirements as outlined in the Safety Manual or as required by individual departments or job functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
