The company is currently hiring for the position of Delivery Swing Driver, a physically engaging role vital to maintaining efficient and timely delivery of beer and spirits to a diverse set of customer accounts across Texas. This is a full-time Monday through Friday role with a start time of 6:00 am, running approximately until 2:00 pm or until the delivery workload is complete, making it an excellent job for morning people who appreciate finishing their work day early. The role requires operating company vehicles safely, adhering to DOT and safety regulations, and delivering product to both on-premise and off-premise locations on an assigned route. Responsibilities are comprehensive and include loading, unloading, and properly stocking products in retail cold boxes, coolers, and displays; rotating stock to maintain product freshness; managing and directing delivery assistants; and supporting the sales team by effectively communicating customer needs and opportunities. The role demands strong physical abilities, including the capacity to lift and move heavy items often ranging from 55 to 165 pounds, working under varied weather conditions, and performing repetitive tasks that contribute to the overall operational success of the delivery process.
