Job Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in operations or live events
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prepared for extensive travel in Latin America
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Deep understanding of Latin American business customs
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- 15+ years of operations, production, venue, live events, or touring experience in Latin America
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows
- Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and advanced organizational skills
- Ability to make clear recommendations to executive leadership
- Strong proactive work ethic with team-player attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Partner with local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events
- Support and translate the President’s strategic objectives into actionable operational roadmaps
- Provide structure and operational discipline to high-growth, decentralized environments
- Work closely with local offices to identify improvement opportunities and resolve operational concerns
- Establish regional governance and process improvements ensuring compliance with global safety standards and local requirements
- Serve as key contact between local promoters and international production teams to maximize show quality and fan experience
- Manage communication between internal departments such as Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, HR, and Talent
- Oversee day-to-day operational matters and communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to senior management
