Live Nation’s Latin America Concerts division is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations. This critical leadership role will be dedicated to driving operational excellence across the LATAM region, overseeing large-scale strategy and execution of live concerts and events. The SVP of Operations will partner with multiple local offices and promoters within various countries and cultures to ensure the seamless delivery of premium live entertainment experiences. This position demands an executive with a strong strategic focus and the ability to implement operational roadmaps that align with the President’s vision for the region. The SVP will empower local partners through operational discipline while fostering growth, market expansion, and long-term planning.

This executive role requires overseeing operational logistics, managing multi-departmental communication including Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, HR, and Talent, and acting as a key liaison between local promoters and international teams. Ensuring compliance with Live Nation’s global safety standards alongside local country regulations will be paramount, as will identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement that enhance efficiency and consistency throughout the Latin America region. The SVP of Operations will be pivotal in maintaining world-class concert experiences for fans, artists, partners, and clients across a decentralized yet entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of extensive experience in operations, production, venue management, live events, or touring within Latin America, with a thorough understanding of local business customs. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, a readiness for extensive regional travel, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The role demands an individual who can effectively navigate complex environments and make clear, well-informed decisions in a fast-paced atmosphere. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational prowess, and a collaborative, positive attitude are critical for success in this position.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $320,000 to $400,000 USD, dependent on qualifications, experience, and market location, with consideration given to internal pay equity and merit.
