Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a friendly atmosphere
- Answer questions and provide information about parking rates and locations
- Safely drive and park guests vehicles in designated areas
- Retrieve vehicles quickly and efficiently upon request
- Maintain an organized and secure system for managing vehicle keys
- Conduct brief inspections of vehicles for existing damages
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage
- Monitor parking area to deter theft and vandalism
- Issue parking claim tickets to guests
- Document incidents, damages, or complaints
- Track available parking spaces for efficient service
- Keep parking area and valet booth clean and presentable
- Collect and dispose of garbage regularly
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Assist guests with disabilities by parking in designated areas
- Handle payments including cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a professional demeanor and wear the uniform
