- Understanding of host support staff procedures
- Ability to maintain hospitality standards throughout guest visits
Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform
- Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
- Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware and glassware
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, including liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
- Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
- Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- Communicate any questions or issues to management promptly
- Work cooperatively with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- Set up the next shift of teammates for success
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and comply with alcohol service regulations
- Participate in continuing education courses related to menu and service
