Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs
Compliance with company uniform and punctuality policies
Must participate in E-Verify program
Eligible to work legally in the country

Commitment to follow proper sanitation and alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

Proper use of a tray for delivering food and drink items
Willingness to obtain and update any required certifications
Commitment to guest service excellence
Knowledgeable about food and beverage menus
Understanding of host support staff procedures
Ability to maintain hospitality standards throughout guest visits

Job Duties

Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform
Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware and glassware
Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, including liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
Communicate any questions or issues to management promptly
Work cooperatively with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
Set up the next shift of teammates for success
Practice proper sanitation procedures and comply with alcohol service regulations
Participate in continuing education courses related to menu and service
