Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service of food and beverage in accordance with established quality and time standards
  • Maintain high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
  • Stock and replenish stations including polished silverware and glassware
  • Assist guests with questions or concerns about the menu including liquor, beer, and wine
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
  • Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
  • Communicate questions or issues to management timely
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers and management
  • Perform opening and closing duties including disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations
  • Set up the next shift for success
  • Practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol sale and service regulations
  • Participate in continuing education courses
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and host support staff procedures
  • Ensure the highest quality dining experience by maintaining tables and assisting guests throughout their visit
