Job Duties

Provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service of food and beverage in accordance with established quality and time standards
Maintain high awareness of cleanliness in the restaurant
Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer
Stock and replenish stations including polished silverware and glassware
Assist guests with questions or concerns about the menu including liquor, beer, and wine
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
Communicate questions or issues to management timely
Work collaboratively with coworkers and management
Perform opening and closing duties including disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations
Set up the next shift for success
Practice proper sanitation and follow alcohol sale and service regulations
Participate in continuing education courses
Maintain complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and host support staff procedures
Ensure the highest quality dining experience by maintaining tables and assisting guests throughout their visit
