- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical stamina to stand long periods and lift minimum 50 lbs
- Ability to use a tray to deliver food and drinks
- Willingness to obtain and maintain certifications

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform
- Accurately ring in food and beverage orders
- Stock and replenish stations including polished silverware and glassware
- Assist guests with questions about the menu including liquor, beer, and wine
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Deliver and remove food to tables properly
- Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- Communicate questions or issues to management timely
- Work collaboratively with coworkers and management
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- Set up next shift for teammates
- Follow proper sanitation and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in continuing education courses
- Maintain complete knowledge of food and bar menu
- Support host procedures
- Maintain tables and assist guests throughout their visit
