With a focus on high quality ingredients, every dish is prepared fresh from an open scratch kitchen, ensuring that guests enjoy the very best in taste and presentation. Not only is the food at Sixty Vines crafted with care, but the staff is well-informed about how to pair each dish with the ideal glass of wine, enhancing the overall dining experience. Sixty Vines has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional culinary experiences that marry the flavors of fresh food and fine wine seamlessly.

This position as a Line Cook at Sixty Vines is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for culinary arts and want to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves preparing and cooking food items according to specific recipes while adhering to the highest standards of food quality and safety. Line cooks will be expected to execute menu items within designated preparation times provided by the Chef Partner, ensuring consistency and excellence across every plate served. Work at Sixty Vines is dynamic and engaging, requiring attention to detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

Sixty Vines offers flexible work schedules and competitive pay ranging from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include insurance after 60 days for those who meet minimum average hours, five days of paid time off after one year of qualifying service, and unique perks such as quarterly wine country trips. Additionally, employees have opportunities to pursue WSET or Sommelier certification, further deepening their knowledge and expertise in wine. The culture at Sixty Vines values professionalism, enthusiasm, and collaboration, making it a supportive place to develop culinary skills and grow career prospects.

If you are dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, skilled at following recipes and health regulations, and eager to work alongside a team that prides itself on culinary excellence, then this role is perfectly suited for you.
