- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- stand for long periods of time
- able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- properly use a knife and equipment required for tasks
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol sale and service regulations

Job Duties
- interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- wear proper uniform while in work areas and assemble/disassemble the bar area according to procedures
- maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift
- prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to proper recipe procedures
- assist guests with questions regarding the menu and liquor, beer, and wine knowledge
- handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables
- pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant
- communicate questions or issues to management promptly
- work collaboratively with coworkers and management
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and sanitizing workstations
- set up the team for next shift success
- practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol service regulations
- participate in continuing education courses
- maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- maintain records of spills and promotional comps
- clean and maintain all necessary equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues immediately
- have comprehensive knowledge of food and bar menus and mixing drinks according to company recipe specifications
