We pride ourselves on crafting menus that emphasize fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared in our open-scratch kitchen. Our restaurant blends the art of fine dining with the culture of exceptional wine pairings, providing guests a memorable and authentic dining experience. At Sixty Vines, we believe that food tastes better when paired with the right glass of wine, and our knowledgeable staff are trained to assist guests in selecting beverages that complement their meals perfectly.

As a vibrant part of the hospitality industry, Sixty Vines has developed a reputation for excellence, innovation in cuisine, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Our commitment to culinary creativity and guest satisfaction fosters a work environment where team members are not only colleagues but valued contributors to a shared mission of delivering an outstanding dining experience. The restaurant regularly hosts wine country trips every quarter and offers opportunities for staff to pursue WSET and Sommelier certification, underscoring our dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

The role of Bartender at Sixty Vines is essential to sustaining this high standard. Bartenders provide friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and hospitable service of food and beverage in a manner that adheres to established quality, timing, and cleanliness standards. This role involves maintaining a high awareness of cleanliness in the bar area and ensuring the delivery of excellent guest service at every turn. Bartenders interact with guests and coworkers in a professional and welcoming way, preparing drinks according to precise recipes and assisting guests with questions about the menu or beverage selections.

This position offers flexible schedules and compensation averaging $35 or more per hour, inclusive of tips, across all Sixty Vines restaurant locations. Additionally, there is insurance coverage available after 60 days for employees who meet the minimum average hours requirement. Employees benefit from an engaging work environment, continuous education opportunities, and the chance to be part of a passionate team that celebrates the culture of wine and seasonal flavors.

Overall, a career at Sixty Vines allows individuals to develop their skills within the hospitality and culinary industries, surrounded by professionals devoted to quality and guest delight.
