Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new food preparation techniques
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare and provide fresh, quality sushi and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
- Follow company recipes and presentation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and kitchen organization
- Continuously learn and improve knife and sushi preparation skills
