Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Ability to work full-time or part-time hours
Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in food preparation or line cooking is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Job Duties

Prepare and provide fresh, tasty, and quality food to guests
Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
Work collaboratively as a team player, going above and beyond daily tasks
Organize and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Learn and prepare sushi according to Kura standards
Follow all kitchen safety protocols
Assist in maintaining inventory and kitchen supplies
