Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work full-time or part-time hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation
- Organize workstation and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Participate in training and skill development initiatives
- Handle food preparation and ingredient inventory
- Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
