Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • Ability to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other menu items according to Kura standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation
  • Organize workstation and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Participate in training and skill development initiatives
  • Handle food preparation and ingredient inventory
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
