Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
  • Commitment to quality and consistency in food preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook fresh sushi and other menu items following Kura Sushi standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety within the kitchen area
  • Organize ingredients and kitchen equipment to ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver quality food and excellent customer service
  • Monitor inventory and report supplies needs
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
