Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in the kitchen
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to Kura Sushi procedures
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning sushi preparation techniques
- Commitment to quality and consistency in food preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook fresh sushi and other menu items following Kura Sushi standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety within the kitchen area
- Organize ingredients and kitchen equipment to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality food and excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory and report supplies needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
