- must be at least 18 years of age

- commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in food preparation preferred but not required
- knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- prepare fresh and tasty sushi and other dishes according to kura standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- follow food safety guidelines
