Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Availability to work full-time or part-time hours
Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Basic English communication skills for safety and teamwork

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is advantageous but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Enthusiasm for learning and preparing sushi
Ability to follow directions accurately
