Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- availability for morning afternoon and evening shifts including weekends
- ability to start shifts as early as 5 a.m.
Job Qualifications
- interest in mastering traditional sushi preparation techniques
- passion for preparing fresh high quality food
Job Duties
- prepare ingredients including slicing fish cutting vegetables and making sushi rice
- create sushi rolls nigiri sashimi and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- work efficiently to meet customer demand and prepare made to order items
- ensure food is presented attractively and maintains high quality for customer satisfaction
