Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests at the sushi bar or lounge area, making them feel at home
- Prepare a diverse range of ingredients including meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables using various kitchen equipment
- Respond promptly to guest requests and share knowledge about the food offerings
- Ensure guest satisfaction with the quality of food and service
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and organizing the sushi bar area
- Maintain compliance with the company standards on food portioning, cooking methods, and safety practices
- Keep the kitchen and sushi counters clean, sanitary, and organized at all times
