Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory of sushi ingredients and communicate supply needs to management
  • Assist in training new sushi staff members to uphold quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Engage with guests at the oyster/sushi bar by providing knowledgeable menu information, answering questions, and making recommendations
