Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a sushi chef or cook
  • Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and classic cooking styles and preparations
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple menu items
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team

Job Qualifications
