Job Duties
- Acquaint yourself with the menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine
- learn and perfect sushi techniques under skilled Chef teams
- handle product properly and reduce waste
- interact with guests at the sushi bar, take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate a positive guest experience
- learn various sushi stations and progress as knowledge and skills grow
- collaborate with teams to create dishes for specials and core menu
