Job Duties

  • Acquaint yourself with the menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine
  • learn and perfect sushi techniques under skilled Chef teams
  • handle product properly and reduce waste
  • interact with guests at the sushi bar, take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate a positive guest experience
  • learn various sushi stations and progress as knowledge and skills grow
  • collaborate with teams to create dishes for specials and core menu
