Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of presentation
- Passion for food, creativity, and delivering a top-tier customer experience
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute all sushi menu items with consistency, efficiency, and attention to presentation
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all prep and kitchen areas
- Manage inventory of sushi-related ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely service
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests when needed (e.g., at sushi bars or events)
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, if applicable
