Job Duties
- Make sushi and sashimi dishes according to company recipes
- greet and chat with sushi guests
- follow instructions from the Senior Chief Sushi Chef
- clean fish from whole
- maintain a clean, neat and organized workspace
- comply with North Carolina sanitation laws
- be creative in sushi presentation
