Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines and standards

Job Duties
- Motivate, mentor and develop a culinary team comprised of Sushi Chefs
- manage the overall culinary standards in a high volume/high standard scratch kitchen
- prepare sushi with precision and creativity according to established recipes and presentation standards
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the sushi workstation
- maintain inventory and assist in stock replenishment
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- uphold health and safety standards in all food preparation and service areas
