Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a sushi chef or similar role
ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
availability for full-time or part-time shifts
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to complete training upon hire
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

experience in sushi preparation and knowledge of various sushi types
ability to work effectively in a team environment
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to multitask under pressure
good communication skills
food safety certification is a plus
culinary training or relevant certification is preferred

Job Duties

prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of sushi preparation areas
ensure high quality and freshness of ingredients
collaborate with kitchen staff to manage high volume orders efficiently

multitask in a fast-paced environment
assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
