Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sushi preparation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Authorization to work legally in the country

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a sushi chef or relevant culinary position
Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and ingredients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

Prepare fresh sushi dishes with precision and care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order execution
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Manage inventory and ensure the availability of sushi ingredients
Assist in training new team members
Monitor quality control of all sushi items served
