Job Duties
- manage inventory levels for a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
- prepare all types of sushi including nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls
- acute attention to detail in the food preparation process, mastering quality control
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
- listen to and facilitate special requests from clients
- create a positive, fun, and exciting environment by interacting with clients
