Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Japanese cuisine experience
  • Solid knowledge of all seafood product as well as food and skillful application of culinary techniques
  • Ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team and work independently as required
  • Support internal growth opportunities through training and development
