Job Duties
- Prepare sushi and sashimi dishes with precision and high attention to detail
- Utilize advanced knife skills for cutting fish and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Manage high volume sushi orders efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Ensure quality standards for all ingredients and dishes
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of sushi supplies
