- Knowledge of sushi style fish fabrication and storage
- Skilled in sushi rice cooking, seasoning, and preparation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare sushi and other menu items from scratch by following recipes
- Utilize knowledge of sushi style fish fabrication and storage
- Cook and season sushi rice according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
