Job Duties

  • Prepare sushi including fancy rolls and preparing fish
  • create new dishes, rolls, presentations, and sauces
  • interact with, explain to and educate guests on food knowledge at sushi bar
  • confirm that all dishes are fresh and presentable
  • keep work area clean
