Job Requirements

Minimum age 18
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Availability for morning afternoon and evening shifts including weekends
Ability to start shifts as early as 5 a.m.

Job Qualifications

Interest in learning sushi preparation techniques
Passion for fresh high-quality food

Job Duties

Prepare sushi ingredients including slicing fish cutting vegetables and making rice
Assemble rolls nigiri sashimi and other menu items to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety protocols
Efficiently fulfill customer orders including made-to-order and special requests
Ensure all products are visually appealing and of high quality
