Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with fish handling, such as trimming, portioning, and packaging, supporting the preparation and assembly of to-go sushi items including rolls, donburi, and sashimi packs. Maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas is crucial, as is providing friendly and professional customer service. The role also includes managing register operations efficiently, restocking display cases, assisting with inventory and product rotation, and inspecting deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.

Candidates will follow strict store procedures, food safety protocols, and daily operational checklists, collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.
