Job Duties
- Assist with basic fish handling including trimming portioning and packaging
- Support the preparation and assembly of to-go sushi items such as rolls donburi sashimi packs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at the counter
- Operate the register accurately and efficiently
- Restock display cases and assist with inventory and product rotation
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow store procedures food safety protocols and daily operational checklists
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
