Job Duties
- Prepare all types of sushi using various raw fish and ingredients
- Select fresh fruits and vegetables to create high-quality dishes such as avocado, mango, and carrots
- Manage food prep activities including making sushi rice
- Coordinate with wait staff to ensure proper cooking considering special requests and food allergies
- Monitor food stock and check rice pH levels
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean workspace at the end of the shift
- Follow all health inspection protocols and procedures
