The role of the Sushi Chef is integral to our kitchen team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for setting up your station and participating in the preparation of ingredients and dishes. You will be expected to follow recipes precisely and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef while also bringing your creativity to the role where appropriate. Job Requirements
