The role of Surveillance Security Officer at GardaWorld is a vital position within the security operations centers. As a surveillance guard, you will be positioned to spot potential threats early and intervene before incidents escalate. Your primary responsibility involves monitoring security systems using multiple screens and technology to capture every detail and identify suspicious activity effectively. You will work a set full-time schedule during the second shift, specifically from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent coverage during these critical hours. The hourly wage offered for this position is competitive at $19.50, with DailyPay available, allowing employees to access their earned wages when needed.

In this role, you will conduct detailed observations and document events accurately through comprehensive reporting. You are expected to respond swiftly to any incidents, conduct regular patrols of the premises, and control access by verifying visitor identities, securing sensitive areas from unauthorized entry. Collaboration with law enforcement and other departments in managing emergencies and serious situations is an essential part of your duties. The job requires strong observational skills, excellent focus, technological proficiency, and good eyesight.
