Job Duties
- Observe all areas of the casino and surrounding premises vigilantly and report any suspicious or criminal activity to appropriate departments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Perform close watch duties as assigned to monitor activities and behaviors
- Stay updated and maintain familiarity with gaming laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Receive and complete periodic on-the-job training to enhance surveillance skills and knowledge
- Monitor all company assets and employee compliance with procedural policies
- Keep detailed, accurate, and timely logs of all observations and incidents
- Enforce departmental procedures by reporting any violations of company policy or gaming regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
