Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Observe all areas of the casino and surrounding premises vigilantly and report any suspicious or criminal activity to appropriate departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
  • Perform close watch duties as assigned to monitor activities and behaviors
  • Stay updated and maintain familiarity with gaming laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Receive and complete periodic on-the-job training to enhance surveillance skills and knowledge
  • Monitor all company assets and employee compliance with procedural policies
  • Keep detailed, accurate, and timely logs of all observations and incidents
  • Enforce departmental procedures by reporting any violations of company policy or gaming regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
