Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Surveillance Officer to join the team at the Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and security of the property, guests, and team members by overseeing comprehensive surveillance operations throughout the facility. The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the property, including gaming activities, cash handling (cage operations), food and beverage sections, and overall security. They will ensure that all state gaming regulations and internal policies are strictly followed, demonstrating vigilance and attention to detail. The position requires operating various surveillance camera systems and computer technology to detect and report any violations or illegal activity promptly.

Physically, the job involves long periods of sitting while monitoring video feeds in low-light conditions and the capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Shifts for this position are flexible and include days, evenings, overnight, split shifts, holidays, and weekends, with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts and potential overtime as needed.
