Delaware North Gaming is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Surveillance Officer to join the team at the Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and security of the property, guests, and team members by overseeing comprehensive surveillance operations throughout the facility. The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring all areas of the property, including gaming activities, cash handling (cage operations), food and beverage sections, and overall security. They will ensure that all state gaming regulations and internal policies are strictly followed, demonstrating vigilance and attention to detail. The position requires operating various surveillance camera systems and computer technology to detect and report any violations or illegal activity promptly.

Job Duties
- Monitor all areas of the property including but not limited to gaming and cage activity food and beverage activity and security of the facility and the entire property
- Produce written reports and logs on any observed violations and illegal activity promptly
- Ensure that all cameras and computer systems are operational at all times
- Ensure that all state racing and gaming regulations and policies are followed
- Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information including camera coverage investigations and proprietary material
- Assist team members and guests as necessary while maintaining surveillance responsibilities
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay current on surveillance technology and gaming regulations
