Surgical Technologist Float Pool

Novant Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to work under the supervision of a surgeon and registered nurse to facilitate safe and effective invasive surgical procedures in an operating room environment that maximizes patient safety. Surgical technologists at Novant Health possess expertise in sterile and aseptic techniques, human anatomy, surgical procedures, and tools and technologies to assist physicians in therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
