Job Requirements
- Bachelor of science in nursing preferred
- minimum of 3 years perioperative nursing experience
- prior supervisory or leadership role in surgical services
- current registered nurse license
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills for team leadership
