Job Requirements

  • Commercial or Airline Transport Certificate
  • Airplane multi-engine land rating
  • Instrument rating with 50 hours of instrument experience
  • 400 hours of total flight time (100 hours of turbine preferred)*
  • Must be eligible to meet all TSA requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
  • Must live within 2 hours of the training facility

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Fulfill the pilot monitoring role during flight simulator training under FAA and/or EASA regulations
  • Attend all elements of the training event to support client training and learning experience including pre-flight and post-flight briefings
  • Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients and instructors
  • Complete necessary forms and checklists as required for pilot monitoring role
